The Vancouver Island Magic Community will be hosting their events along side Skyhaven Games once again to deliver a full weekend of Worldwake prerelease fun! There will be three sanctioned pre-release events over two days. The first event kicks off on Saturday (January 30) at 11am with a Sealed tournament! Below please find the full details on the VIMC and Skyhaven Games events that will take place on January 30th and 31st at Skyhaven Games.
This is your first and last chance to come out and experience Worldwake before the HUGE Worldwake events at GottaCon which takes place on February 5 to 7, 2010 at Pearkes Recreation Centre (http://www.gottacon.com). Get out, learn the cards, collect the rares and be a step ahead of the competition at GottaCon.

A sanctioned prerelease sealed deck tournament for Worldwake, the next set in the Zendikar block, held on January 30, 2010. Attendees will receive three (3) booster packs of Zendikar and three (3) booster packs of Worldwake.
The promo foil available while supplies last will be: Comet Storm (see pic above)
Prize Structure:
- The first 18 participants will receive a commemorative prerelease alternate art foil rare.
- Players finishing all rounds with an X-1-1 record or better will receive prizes.
- Each round will have 3 feature matches where the winners gets a booster of Worldwake
